Dan Hoffman specializes in handling serious injury, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases.  During his career Dan has successfully assisted clients in obtaining numerous verdicts and settlements in the millions of dollars.  For many years Dan has been honored to be a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Attorneys and Super Lawyers. 

Dan has successfully handled personal injury claims involving wrongful deaths, traumatic brain injury, paraplegia, spine injuries and burn victims.  In addition, Mr. Hoffman has handled mass tort and other large complex cases, insurance bad faith claims, insurance coverage and construction defect cases. 

 One of the highlights of Dan’s career was when he settled a case for a young girl who was visiting from Korea to attend college in the US.  While she was standing on a corner, a collision occurred in the intersection, and one of the cars went over the curb and struck her.  Utilizing a structured settlement, Dan was able to obtain a settlement for her of over $20 million.  In another case, Dan obtained a verdict of $11 million dollars, in conservative Orange County, for a teenager who skateboarded into the street where he was hit  by a car.
